Resignation Letter from former treasurer Amedea Baldoni dated Feb. 21, 2017:
I am resigning from my position as Treasurer of United Student Government. Throughout the two years that I’ve been part of this organization, I have been able to learn about myself but there is no more room for me to grow.
It has been a pleasure working with the executive cabinet and the legislative body over the last two years. One of the highlights of my career was being asked to be Treasurer, and making sure that both United Student Government and the clubs on campus were doing well financially. But in light of recent events, I have not been able to thrive and fulfill this position to my fullest extent. This was a hard decision to make but I know it’s for the best for myself and my career.
United Student Government is poised for continued growth and I wish you much success with your upcoming endeavors.
