Senior Mass Communications student Ian Brady embraces Wesleyville resident Shani Bills. Brady opened his Pittsburgh apartment to the Bills family when Shani’s husband, Paul, suffered a brain aneurysm on Dec. 8, 2018 and was admitted to a local hospital. To commend Brady’s act of kindness, author Kevin Tuerff joined the Bills family in a surprise visit to Pittsburgh. Brady is a fan of Tuerff’s book “Come From Away.”
