Infrastructure challenges don’t let people drive carefully

If you have ever crossed the Boulevard of the Allies, you might have had an experience where the walk sign was on for you to cross and, midway through, a random car turns and almost hits you. Unfortunately, that happens a lot on campus and it’s because Pittsburgh’s infrastructure sucks.

Cross Country finishes in sixth place

The Point Park men’s and women’s cross country teams traveled to Clinton, Pennsylvania on Sept. 15. Both teams placed sixth out of 10 schools at the Robert Morris University Colonial Invitational.

With the 2024 Presidential Election quickly approaching, it’s likely you’ve seen or been approached by canvassers throughout the city ensuring you are registered to vote. One of those individuals is junior theater arts major Leandro Bilello-Rodriguez, who has devoted a large portion of his work to making sure his fellow Point Park students are prepared to cast their ballots this November.

Volleyball faces tough loss in home opener

The Point Park Pioneers volleyball team faced their first loss on home turf against the Washington & Jefferson (W&J) Presidents on Tuesday, Sept. 10 in the Student Center gym. The Presidents took home the win 3-0.
