Volleyball finishes season with a victory

Point Park volleyball concluded its 2024 season with a 3-0 sweep against the Salem Tigers on Friday, Nov. 15, in Salem, W. Va. The win awarded the Pioneers their second straight win, as the seniors savored their final moments on the court.

Volleyball suffers fourth straight conference loss

Point Park travelled to Buckhannon, WV, to play in Rockefeller Center against West Virginia Wesleyan on Friday, Nov. 1. The Pioneers lost 3-0. This match marked the Pioneers’ fourth straight Mountain East Conference (MEC) loss.

The Point Park Pioneers volleyball team faced their first conference loss against the Wheeling University Cardinals on Friday, Oct. 4 in the Alma Grace McDonough Center. The Cardinals won 3-0 on their home turf.

The Point Park Pioneers volleyball team faced their first loss on home turf against the Washington & Jefferson (W&J) Presidents on Tuesday, Sept. 10 in the Student Center gym. The Presidents took home the win 3-0.
