An unknown male was hit by a Port Authority bus this evening on the corner of Wood St. and Boulevard of the Allies. Port Authority bus #5714, was heading down Wood St. and struck the man. A green hat and newspaper were laying in the middle of the street as the police, ambulance personnel and members of the Port Authority tried to unravel the events of what exactly happened. The victim that was struck was taken away in an ambulance. Further information will be let out tomorrow regarding the exact details of the accident, according to a Port Authority spokesman.
