‘The Trees’ soon to hit the Pittsburgh Playhouse

The upcoming production of “The Trees” at the Pittsburgh Playhouse is almost here and promises to be a unique and thought-provoking experience. Written by Agnes Borinsky and under the direction of Adil Mansoor, the play follows two siblings whose feet are mysteriously rooted in the ground. This forces them to reflect on their identity and connections as the world moves on around them.

Burgh Bites: Cafe Momentum exceeds expectations

Instead of only doing a food review this week, I decided to learn more about Cafe Momentum, a restaurant and non-profit in Market Square. Not only did I taste the food, but I also learned about its mission of providing kids 15 to 19 years old, affected by the juvenile system within the last 12 months, with paid internships.
