Pittsburghers and Point Park students broke the Guinness World Record for most cookies dunked in milk simultaneously on Oct. 14 in Market Square with a total of 2,152 particpants dunking cookies together, breaking the former record of 1,796.
Several Pittsburgh celebrities attended the event, including “PIttsburgh Dad,” Curt Wootton.
The event was hosted by Giant Eagle to lauch their new line of store-brand cookies.
