The Labor Day Parade marches through Boulevard of the Allies.

Pittsburgh’s 41st Annual Labor Day Parade descended down the Boulevard of the Allies past campus on the morning of Monday, September 1. Unions from across the region lined Downtown, celebrating workers rights and decrying recent actions against those rights by President Donald Trump. PA Governor Josh Shapiro spoke, along with leaders from the newly-formed UPMC Magee Nurse’s Union, who lead the parade.
