Point Park University has its first NAIA National Championship from a team.

The Point Park men’s track and field and cross country program had four members team up to win the NAIA Men’s Marathon National Championship on Sunday, Dec. 3, 2023.

The stand-alone event was held for the inaugural time with the NAIA offering the opportunity for student-athletes and teams to compete nationally in the full 26.2-mile race. The NAIA Men’s Marathon was conducted as part of the California International Marathon in Sacramento.
